Our Return Policy 
 

We are absolutely sure you will love your new machine.  We want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchase.  We have never had a return but as they say “There is always a first time” so in that event, we will accept any machine purchased within the first 30 days of the original invoice date. The customer will be required to first contact our office during normal business and request a return authorization number. The original buyer will be required to ship or deliver to our warehouse the machine in its original packing crate and/or wrapping and in the original condition when it left our warehouse.  Our staff will conduct an inspection of the condition of the returned machine for any damage.  Any machine returned with damage will not be accepted for return. Return shipping is the sole responsibility and financial obligation of the original buyer.  A 10% restocking charge applies on the purchase price of the machine only. Crating, shipping, delivery, setup or other fees are not refundable.  Customer has the option to exchange the machine during the first 30 days for another machine in stock of equal or greater value less the 10% restocking.  Our return policy does not apply to special order machines and custom modifications installed on machines.
